At Willett Engineering we know there's a lot more to life than just work. That's why we go out of our way to make sure we're having fun both in and out of the office. Throughout the year we arrange for company sponsored events where employees and their families can take part in various activities. These events bring employees and their families closer and help to provide a better work environment. From baseball games, to weekend getaways, to holiday dinners... there's always something in the works.

Our employees also join with family and friends to participate in a variety of causes to help others, including charity work, community outreach, and educational programs.
